You will need:
Paint Shop Pro
Brushes-which can be downloaded from AGI Brush -
here
Square grundge mask of choice
Font - I'm using MC Twinkle Star (could't find it to share with
you)
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow (optional)
Tube of choice - I'm using Keith Garvey art. He is licensed
to
My PSP Tubes (StickerChick), and
you must purchase a license to use his art.
Lets get started. Install your brushes,
and put the mask in your mask folder.
Open a new canvas of 500 x 500, flood fill with white. Add a
new layer and flood fill with black, or a dark colour from your
tube. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, and resize by
150 using SmartSize. Position over to the right hand size.
Where ever you like it best, and lower the opacity to 40.
Hide the white background and merge
visible. Next go to Layers - Load/SaveMask - Load mask from
disk, and find your chosen mask, with these settings:

If you now decide the your tube is
positioned wrong, just undo a couple of steps and move it over.
Then follow the above steps again. Merge group.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer,
and add the following drop shadow:

Activate your mask layer, and add a new
layer. Take your brush, colour white (or a light colour from
your tube). Select brush agiBrush0203_stars and click to the
bottom right of your canvas. Duplicate this layer,
Image/Mirror.
Add your copyright. If like me you
like to save a blank tag, you can should save this now. Add
your text in the top left hand corner, add a gradient glow if you
wish, and then add the same drop shadow you added to your tube.
Save as a jpeg, and you are done.
