You will need:

Paint Shop Pro
Plugin - Filters Unlimited 2.0/Aged Film
Brushes of choice, or the ones I used from Gorjuss's website here (I used the Text brushes)
Images of choice.  I'm using Siren's Secrets.  Visit the site here

Okay, lets get started.

Open a new canvas 450 x 500, flood fill white.  Paste in your images as new layers.  Using the selection tool, freehand, feather set at 15, draw around the sections you wish to delete, and hit delete until you are happy with what you have left.  Arrange your images, and lower opacity of them if desired.  When you are happy with what you have, crop and merge visible.

Next go to effects/artistic effects/aged newspaper with the following settings.

Next go to filters unlimited 2 and special effects 1, aged film, and apply the following settings.

Go to Image/Add Border and using a dark colour from your tag set at 5 pixels.  Repeat, change the colour to a light colour from your tag, pixels at 2.  Repeat again, using the dark colour set at 3 pixels.

You may go straight to adding your text at this point and save it, or like me you can add a brush.  With it looking like aged newspaper I decided to used a faded text brush.

Add your copyright.

Now add your text.  I'm using Times New Roman set at 72, foreground as the light colour used on the border, and the background as the dark colour, vector.  Stretch out to desired size.  Convert to raster when you are happy with it.  Add a drop shadow as follows:

Save as a jpeg.

You are done.  I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
