You will need:

Paint Shop Pro
Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Texture/Marble
Eye Candy4000 Gradient Glow
Preset Shape - Star
Tube of choice.  I'm using one from Pinup Girl Clothing.  Please visit their site here

Font of choice.  I'm using Sabrinas here

Open a new canvas, 350 x 500, transparent.  Apply Eye Candy 5 Texture/Marble with the following settings, using colours that compliment you tube.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and resize to your liking, and add a drop shadow of V=0, H=-43 (or less so that your shadow goes to the edge of the canvas), Opacity=45, and Blur=10, colour black.

Add a border of 2, starting with the lightest colour from you background and repeating out to the darkest.  This should give you four borders.

Promote background to layer, and resize the layer by 75, making sure all layers is unchecked.  Then resize the canvas to 500 x 500, add a new layer below the currant layer, and flood fill with white.

Position the layer you had previously worked on to the top left corner.

Using your preshape vector  tool on Star, your background set to the darker colour from you border, foreground to null, hold down the shift keep (this helps keep the shape equal) draw out your star.

Taking your magic wand, click on the start.  Go to Selection/Modify/Contract by 4.  New layer, flood fill with the next colour you used on your border.  Repeat until you have used all four colours.

Now on all the star layers, except the first one, go to Adjust/Blur/Blur.  Then hide your bordered layer and white background, and merge visible.  Unhide all layers.  Now duplicate you star a few times, resize and rotating each and position to your liking.  See my example above.

Add a drop shadow to each star of V, H=0, Opacity=45, Blur=10, colour black.

Hide the white background, merge visible, and then add the drop shadow again.

Using your magic wand again, click in the centre of a star, and copy and paste your tube over again as a new layer.  Position part of it within the selected area.  Selection/Invert, and hit delete.  Select none.  Change the blend mode to Luminance Legacy, and lower the opacity to 50, and then blur once.  Repeat with one of your other stars, or even all.  I'm just going to do the top and bottom star.

Add your text.  I'm using Sabrinas, using the dark colour from the border, foreground set to null.  Rotate and position, convert to raster.  Add Eye Candy 4000/Gradient glow, using the lightest colour from your border, glow width set to 5.

Add your copyright, crop image, merge visible and save as a jpeg.

You are done.  I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
