You will need:
Paint Shop Pro
Scrapkit of choice or the one supplied by
Sophisticated Scraps - here.  Thanks Lisa for the great kit
Tube of Choice.  I'm using the art of Matt Hughes who is a licensed artist with
CILM
Photograph of choice.  I'm using one of my own, taken in the woods
Mask of choice
Scrip fonts of choice

Open a new canvas, flood filled with white 600x500.  Add a new layer, take your selection tool, selection type Rounded Rectangle, and draw out a rectangle.  Select a paper from your scrap supplies, and paste into the section.  Selections/Modify/Contract by 40, and hit delete.  Select none.

Add the following inner bevel to your shape.

Using your magic wand, select in the centre of your rectangle shape.  Selections/Modify/Expand by 3, and paste your photograph as a new layer, Selections/Invert and hit delete.  I've given my photograph an Edge Preserving Smoothing (found under Add/Remove Noise), setting 15.

Activate your background layer, and select one the papers.  I'm using an opposite colour.  Copy and paste as a new layer.  Apply a mask of choice, a hazy edge one would be a good choice.  Merge group.

Now copy and paste your tube and add some embellishments.  Add the following drop shadow to your tube, frame and any embellishments.  V -2, H 2, Opacity 75, Blur 10.

Using a fine script font, add a quote or poem of choice to the inside of the frame over the picture you used.  Something fitting.  I'm not very good with poems, but then I couldn't find anything to suite.  So I winged it.  Add a same drop shadow, but change the opacity to 100 and the blur to 2.

Next add your copyright and your name.  Add the drop shadow that you added to your tube to your name, and save as a jpeg or png.
