Lets get started. Open your graphic image
in PSP, shift+D to duplicate, and close the original. Add a
white border of 10, and convert to raster layer. Resize your
image by about 75, depending on the size of your original graphic,
and then resize your canvas to 500 x 500.
Now go to Effect/Geometric Effect/Perspective -
Horizontal and add the following settings.

Using your deforming/pick tool, drag the left
side in until the image is back to the size it should be.
You should have something like this.

Now using the background as white, and
foreground to null, click on your rectangle preset tool, set to
vector, and draw out a rectangle the same height as the highest
part of your card. Convert to raster.
Add the same perspective effect as you added to
the image. Move below the front of the card, and adjust the
size to your liking using your deforming/pick tool. You
should now have something like this.

Add a drop shadow of H=0, V=14, Opacity 55, and
blur 15 to the top layer. Merge visible, and then add
another drop shadow of H + V = 0, Opacity 75, and blur 5.
Add a new layer, flood fill with white, and drag
it below the card layer. Position your card in the
centre of the canvas.
Add your copyright, and text. I'm using
Almonte Snow for my text, with the shaded colour of the snow on my
image for the background, and foreground set to null.
Convert to raster, and using your magic wand, select inside
all the blank areas, selected/modify/expand by 1. Add a new
layer, and flood fill with white. Move below your name, and
merge these two layers together. Add the following inner
bevel.

Rotate your text 90 degrees to the left, and
position at the seam of your card. Add the same drop shadow
we last used for the card twice. You can save as a jpeg now,
or you can go on to add a snow effect.
With your card layer active, take your lasso
selection tool, and select the image on your card. Doesn't
matter if you go into the white border, as long as you get all of
the image.

Add a new layer, and go to VDL
Adrenaline/Snowflake, and add the following settings.

Add another two layers, adding snowflake to
both, moving the Random seed up to the middle, then towards the
end. Select none.
Hide the top two layers of snowflake, copy
merged, and paste over in to Animation shop as a new animation.
Go back into PSP, hide the snowflake layer, and unhide the next
one up. Copy merged, and paste in animation after the
current frame. Repeat with the final snowflake layer.
Animated and save as a gif file.
