You will need:
Paint Shop Pro
Animation Shop
Mura's Meister - Cloud
Tube of Choice - I'm using Rachael Huntington.  You can purchase her work from CILM

Open a new canvas 500 x 500.  Flood fill with white.  New layer apply Mura's Meister's Cloud, default settings, colours white, black and grey.  Copy and paste your graveyard picture as a new layer.  Resize as desired.  Change the blend mode to Difference and lower the opacity to 75.  Hide the background and merge visible.

Apply my mask, invert checked.  Merge group and add a drop shadow of V & H = -1, Opacity 50, Blur 5.  Add your tube and apply the same drop shadow.

Add the a spider web and spider.  Take you pen tool, line width 2, colour the same as the web, and draw a line from the centre of the web straight down as far as you want to go.  Covert to raster, and place your spider at the end of the the line.

Add you copyright, name and message.  I've added 'Happy Halloween'.

Animation:

Copy merged, and paste as a new animation in Animation Shop.  Back in Paint Shop Pro take your selection tool and select the line from the tip of the spiders legs, to the other end of the spider and hit delete.  Select none, and move the spider up the line.  Copy merged, and paste after current frame in Animation Shop.  Repeat this until the spider has runs out of line.  I ended up with 5 frames.  Select all, copy.  Click on the last frame, then past after current frame, and reverse frames.  Change the frame properties to 20 on the first 5, and 25 on the last 5 frames.

Click animate, and save as a gif
